Un sue\u00f1o de calidad no solo mejora tu capacidad para aprender y recordar cosas nuevas, sino que tambi\u00e9n influye en tu estado de \u00e1nimo, tu sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, tu metabolismo y tu bienestar general. En este post, exploraremos las muchas formas en las que el sue\u00f1o afecta tu cuerpo y mente\u2014y por qu\u00e9 darle prioridad al descanso debe ser una parte clave de tu rutina de estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Memoria y aprendizaje<\/strong><br>Las personas que duermen m\u00e1s aprenden y retienen mejor las tareas.
