{"id":1747,"date":"2025-10-14T12:48:36","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T12:48:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/studenthub.elsevier.com\/es\/?p=1747"},"modified":"2025-10-16T12:21:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T12:21:10","slug":"celulas-de-la-respuesta-inmunitaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/studenthub.elsevier.com\/es\/blog\/celulas-de-la-respuesta-inmunitaria\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00e9lulas de la respuesta inmunitaria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En las <strong>respuestas inmunitarias intervienen c\u00e9lulas espec\u00edficas con funciones definidas.<\/strong> Las caracter\u00edsticas de estas c\u00e9lulas, su aspecto y su n\u00famero se muestran en las siguientes infograf\u00edas.&nbsp;<em>Para cada una de las c\u00e9lulas, recuerde&nbsp;<strong>CAFP:&nbsp;<\/strong>marcadores de superficie&nbsp;<strong>c&nbsp;<\/strong>elular (p. ej., CD4, TCR, etc.),&nbsp;<strong>a&nbsp;<\/strong>cciones (matar, suprimir, activar, etc.),&nbsp;<strong>f&nbsp;<\/strong>unci\u00f3n (tipo de respuesta) y&nbsp;<strong>p&nbsp;<\/strong>roductos (citocinas, anticuerpos, etc.).<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los leucocitos pueden distinguirse seg\u00fan su<\/strong>: 1) forma; 2) tinci\u00f3n histol\u00f3gica; 3) funciones inmunitarias, y 4) marcadores intracelulares y de la superficie celular. <strong>Los linfocitos B y T<\/strong> pueden distinguirse porque expresan receptores para el ant\u00edgeno en su superficie, inmunoglobulina en los linfocitos B y receptor del linfocito T (TCR) en los linfocitos T. Otras prote\u00ednas de la superficie distinguen subgrupos de estos tipos de c\u00e9lulas y otras c\u00e9lulas. Estos marcadores prote\u00ednicos se han identificado con anticuerpos monoclonales. Se han definido dentro de grupos de diferenciaci\u00f3n (determinados por todos los anticuerpos monoclonales que reconocen la misma mol\u00e9cula (p. ej., CD4) o grupo de mol\u00e9culas (p. ej., CD3) y los marcadores indicados por n\u00fameros&nbsp;<strong>\u00abCD\u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;(grupo de diferenciaci\u00f3n).
