El HCl y el pepsin\u00f3geno trabajan juntos para iniciar la digesti\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas, mientras que el factor intr\u00ednseco es esencial para la absorci\u00f3n de vitamina B12 en el \u00edleon. El moco, por su parte, protege la mucosa g\u00e1strica de la acci\u00f3n corrosiva del \u00e1cido y lubrica el contenido del est\u00f3mago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso y la estructura celular de la mucosa g\u00e1strica se explican de forma clara y visual en la siguiente slides que os compartimos. Esta material original est\u00e1 tomado de  la 7\u00aa edici\u00f3n del libro&nbsp;<strong><em>Fisiolog\u00eda<\/em>&nbsp;de Costanzo<\/strong>, un recurso conciso, did\u00e1ctico y lleno de esquemas y tablas que facilitan la comprensi\u00f3n paso a paso. La obra, dirigida a estudiantes de Medicina, Odontolog\u00eda, Biomedicina y otras carreras de Ciencias de la Salud, incorpora ecuaciones, problemas pr\u00e1cticos, res\u00famenes y preguntas al final
