Var\u00edan en longitud desde las formas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as o cocobacilos hasta las m\u00e1s largas y filamentosas. Pueden aparecer como bacilos rectos, curvos en un plano del espacio (con una o varias curvaturas) o ramificados. Con extremos redondos, cuadrados&nbsp;(Bacillus anthracis)&nbsp;o afilados (&nbsp;Fusobacterium&nbsp;spp.). <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Las&nbsp;<strong>bacterias helicoidales o espirales,<\/strong>&nbsp;con varias curvaturas en los tres planos del espacio, son las&nbsp;<strong>espiroquetas,<\/strong>&nbsp;que tienen espiras flexibles y ondulantes. Seg\u00fan el n\u00famero de espiras, de menor a mayor, se diferencian tres g\u00e9neros de inter\u00e9s m\u00e9dico:&nbsp;Borrelia&nbsp;(de 3 a 10),&nbsp;Treponema&nbsp;(de 6 a 14) La&nbsp;<strong>resistencia cl\u00ednica&nbsp;<\/strong>de una bacteria a un antibi\u00f3tico es la incapacidad del antibi\u00f3tico para curar una infecci\u00f3n causada por dicha bacteria. La resistencia puede ser&nbsp;<strong>intr\u00ednseca&nbsp;<\/strong>o&nbsp;<strong>adquirida.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u25cb&nbsp;<strong>Resistencia adquirida:&nbsp;<\/strong>la bacteria presenta un antibiograma que no concuerda con los descritos como fenotipos naturales, es decir, el microorganismo que era originariamente sensible a un antimicrobiano se hace resistente a \u00e9l. Las bacterias muestran una gran tendencia a desarrollar resistencia a cada antibi\u00f3tico nuevo. Por ejemplo, la vitamina A se almacena en el h\u00edgado y es transportada en el plasma por prote\u00ednas de uni\u00f3n espec\u00edficas. Las vitaminas liposolubles no se absorben tan f\u00e1cilmente de la dieta como las hidrosolubles, pero se almacenan en grandes cantidades en los tejidos. A excepci\u00f3n de la vitamina K, no act\u00faan como coenzimas: las vitaminas A y D se comportan como hormonas. Las vitaminas A y D, pero no las vitaminas E o K, pueden ser t\u00f3xicas en exceso.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>La malabsorci\u00f3n de grasas puede provocar deficiencia de vitaminas A, D, E y K.<\/strong>&nbsp;Puede producirse como consecuencia de enfermedades del h\u00edgado o de la ves\u00edcula biliar, de la enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal (enfermedad de Crohn, celiaqu\u00eda) y de la fibrosis qu\u00edstica.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"1024\" width=\"1024\"
