De chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, un tronc nerveux paravert\u00e9bral sympathique s&#8217;\u00e9tend de la base du cr\u00e2ne \u00e0 l&#8217;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure de la colonne vert\u00e9brale. Ces deux troncs se rejoignent \u00e0 la face ant\u00e9rieure du coccyx et fusionnent au niveau du ganglion impair. Chacun de ces deux troncs est reli\u00e9 aux rameaux ant\u00e9rieurs des nerfs spinaux. Elles empruntent ensuite les nerfs spinaux, les rameaux<br>nerveux spinaux ant\u00e9rieurs et gagnent les troncs sympathiques.<br>Chacun des troncs est situ\u00e9 sur chacun des c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la colonne vert\u00e9brale (en situation paravert\u00e9brale) et en avant des rameaux nerveux ant\u00e9rieurs. On retrouve tout le long de ces troncs des ganglions segmentaires constitu\u00e9s par le regroupement des corps cellulaires des neurones postganglionnaires. Les neurones pr\u00e9ganglionnaires ont des synapses avec ces corps cellulaires postganglionnaires au sein des ganglions. Chaque rameau nerveux spinal ant\u00e9rieur est ainsi reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un tronc sympathique ou \u00e0 un<br>ganglion par un rameau communicant blanc dans lequel cheminent les fibres sympathiques pr\u00e9ganglionnaires, et appara\u00eet blanc car les fibres qu&#8217;il contient sont<br>my\u00e9linis\u00e9es.<br>Ces fibres sympathiques pr\u00e9ganglionnaires qui p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans le ganglion paravert\u00e9bral du tronc sympathique par un rameau communicant blanc peuvent suivre les quatre voies suivantes pour gagner les cibles tissulaires.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les fibres sympathiques appartenant au syst\u00e8me autonome du SNP quittent la r\u00e9gion thoracolombale de la moelle spinale par les nerfs spinaux de T1 \u00e0 L2 (fig. 1.44).
